For all projects out to bid, the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are available for purchase from the Public Works Department. The nonrefundable cost per set of Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents will be as listed in the general items of work. When ordering by mail, make checks (only) payable to “City of Temecula” and send to “Attn: Public Works Department” to either address below, referencing the Project No. and Name. The Public Works Department may be contacted by telephone at (951) 694-6411. Mailing from the City is typically by Federal Express ground.
