Pavement widening, pavement rehabilitation, earthwork, curb and gutter, sidewalk, catch basin, storm drain, traffic signal and interconnect, signing and striping, street lighting, traffic control, raised median islands, landscaping and irrigation, driveway reconstruction, miscellaneous removals, utility relocation, and any other work required by the plans and specifications.

Construction of Pechanga Parkway Recycled Water Pipeline – Phase II (Project No. 98053 and Project No. D1169) per RCWD plan sheets 1 thru 12 and Exhibit “H”. All water facility construction, reconstruction, relocation and removal items shall be constructed, reconstructed, relocated and removed per the RCWD Standard Drawings. The Contractor shall coordinate RCWD inspector and City inspector when working in the public right-of-way and when requesting water facility shut-downs and inspections.
