The City of Temecula offers one-time Grants of up to $3,000 to senior citizens for needed repairs to their homes. No repayment is required.
Eligible Seniors:
55 or older with household income not exceeding 120% of the area median income adjusted for family size:

For eligible repairs less than $250.00, no bids will be necessary. All other work will require bids from at least two licensed contractors before any work is performed. City staff will inspect all completed work prior to payment to the contractor.
